While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept returned items for online store credits when received within the 7 day return period.
POLICY: Merchandise must be returned within 7 days and must have been previously approved (via email), tags must be attached, and clothing new, unworn or altered in anyway. Online store credit is valid for 30 days from issue date.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
- All accessories ( handmade items, bags, sunglasses, jewelry, and sale items)
- Sale items: Orders placed with any discount code, anything in the sale section, items reduced in price, clearance.
***These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
All packages are sent by USPS First Class Mail International. This is the most economical, but does provide tracking of the package. We can not be responsible for loss or theft after we have shipped the packages. Shipping can take 10-15 business days, depending on the country, sometimes packages can get held up in customs, and delivery can take as long as 4 weeks. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. Any additional tax or custom fees your country may charge are the buyers responsibility, and they are not covered by us. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
